Mass-update the agreement on multiple time entries at once from the ConnectWise Invoicing screen.

Update Agreement Action in ConnectWise

Use the Update Agreement action to reassign multiple time entries to a different agreement in a single step — without editing each entry individually.

Note: Updating an agreement also applies the new agreement’s defaults to each selected time entry.

Reassign time entries to a different agreement

  1. Go to Finance > Invoicing.

  2. Search for and select the company whose time entries you want to update.

  3. Select the time entries you want to reassign.

  4. Select Actions > Update Agreement. The Update Agreement dialog appears.

  5. In the Agreement drop-down, select the target agreement.

    Note: ConnectWise uses the current date to build this list of valid agreements. If you are processing time entries from a previous month, verify that you are not applying a future agreement to past entries — edit those entries directly if needed.

  6. Select OK. ConnectWise takes a few moments to apply the change.

  7. Select Close Window.
